IT - Ciao Amici!

E' arrivata la bella stagione ed è ora di rimettersi in forma per la prova costume che incombe.

Non so voi ma io ho già da tempo iniziato a fare qualche esercizio fisico in palestra per non arrivare "impreparata" al fatidico giorno della prova costume.

Ultimamente sto approfittando delle belle giornate per fare un pò di attività fisica all'aria aperta e come in ogni sport è necessario indossare un abbigliamento adatto al tipo di attività che si svolge.

All'esterno mi ritrovo a fare gli stessi  esercizi che faccio in palestra, con l'aiuto di pesi ed elastici ma devo dire che mi sto trovando molto bene soprattutto grazie al completo sportivo di Abeatis!

E' composto da top e leggings, elasticizzati e perfettamente traspiranti!

Si adattano ad ogni mio movimento, calzano benissimo e le taglie sono veritiere.

In aggiunta al completo, ho anche indossato una felpa bianca forata con cappuccio, perfetta per questo periodo primaverile! Davvero comoda e molto alla moda!

The summer season has arrived and it is time to get back in shape for the looming costume test. I don't know about you but I have already started doing some physical exercise in the gym for a long time so as not to get "unprepared" for the fateful day of the costume test.

 Lately I have been taking advantage of the beautiful days to do some physical activity in the open air and like in every sport it is necessary to wear a suitable clothing for the type of activity that takes place. 

Outside I find myself doing the same exercises that I do in the gym, with the help of weights and rubber bands, but I must say that I am finding myself very well above all thanks to Abeatis's sports suit! It is composed of top and leggings, elasticized and perfectly breathable! They adapt to my every movement, they fit very well and the sizes are true. 

In addition to the outfit, I also wore a white hooded sweatshirt, perfect for this spring time! Really comfortable and very fashionable! Ciao Amiche! Chi di voi si definisce una sportiva? Io non proprio però devo dire che adoro fare dello sport, che sia anche una semplice corsa e un po’ di jogging oppure una bella oretta trascorsa in palestra… sta di fatto che del sano movimento non deve mancare! 

Con il mio lavoro che mi porta via un sacco di tempo, purtroppo tutto ciò che ha orari non fa per me…ho dunque ripiegato in qualcosa di più libero e svincolato che fa più al caso mio! Sono ormai più di due anni che mi sono iscritta in palestra, per la precisione in sala pesi affiancata da un personal trainer. Ho pian piano migliorato la mia forma fisica, la mia postura e la mia autostima!

All’inizio è stata dura ma poi presa l’abitudine, ora smettere mi sembra impossibile! 

Per questo motivo un abbigliamento comodo e adatto alle mie esigenze è fondamentale! Prediligo indumenti traspiranti che non stringano troppo e mi lascino libera nei movimenti! Abbiamo top elasticizzati e comodi, che non stringono ma fasciano delicatamente! IT - Buongiorno ragazze!

Buona Festa del Papà innanzi tutto!

Siete stressati? Io sempre! Il lavoro che faccio  ( e che mi piace) mi porta via molto del mio tempo libero e mi da ogni tanto qualche preoccupazione.

Per rimediare allo stress che accumulo, qualche volta faccio un pò di yoga e in alternativa mi scarico in palestra o con delle lunghe passeggiate! Devo dire che funziona e il mio corpo (e mente) si risvegliano!

In questo post vi mostro alcune figure  (quelle più semplici) che aiutano a sgranchire il corpo e a risvegliarlo! Sono sicura che non sono l'unica che passa ore e ore al pc, perciò anche voi potrete trovare un pò di sollievo!

Are you stressed? I always! The work I do (which I like) takes me a lot of my free time and gives me sometimes a concern.

To redress the stress accumulation, sometimes I do a bit of yoga and alternative exhaust me in the gym or go for long walks! I must say that it works, and my body (and mind) come alive!

In this post I show some figures (the most simple) that help to stretch the body and to awaken! I'm sure I'm not the only one who spends hours and hours at the computer, so you too can find a bit of relief!
